Honest and Accurate Advertising
Members shall establish and adhere to a policy that requires all advertising and other promotion of its life settlement products and services to be accurate, fair and complete. Members shall not use any advertising material that is false or deceptive. Nothing in this paragraph shall prohibit or in any way interfere with a Member’s right to advertise or otherwise promote its life settlement products and services in a manner that is not false or deceptive.
