Appropriate and Complete Disclosures
Members shall provide each potential Seller with complete and detailed disclosure, as required by all applicable laws and regulations. Members shall advise and encourage each potential Seller to obtain independent legal and financial advice prior to entering into a life settlement contract. Members shall always pay potential Sellers not less than the issuing insurance company is willing to pay for the policy’s surrender.
