The LSI has adopted a Code of Conduct to promote the highest standards of professionalism, honesty and integrity in the Life Settlement industry. Neither the Life Settlement Institute (“Institute”) or this Code of Conduct shall be used to impair, inhibit or otherwise interfere with full and fair competition among Institute members or other participants in the life settlement industry.
